Experiencing Culture

If you haven't figure out by now, our company has a significant culture. It's something that impacts nearly every aspect of what we do both as individuals and corporately. It's a crucial piece of our philosophy and identity. But it presents some significant challenges too. It's something you have to live in to believe and that's a hard sell for someone new to the company or looking in from outside. And the reality of living the values (or not living them) isn't something you can fake - people are way too intuitive for that and they'll nail you on it. So then how do you make your culture REAL to all levels of your organization?
